Juz Amma is the 30th and final part of the Quran. It begins with Surah An-Naba (78) and ends with Surah An-Nas (114), 37 surahs in all. Most are short, and many are recited daily in salah, which is why Juz Amma is usually the first part of the Quran that children memorize. Below are free PDF editions in Arabic and with English translation.
Who is it for?
Children starting memorization, adults learning surahs for salah, and anyone who wants a light copy of the final juz for daily reading.
How to memorize Juz Amma
- Start from An-Nas and move backwards; the surahs get longer gradually.
- Listen to the new verses several times from one reciter.
- Read them from the PDF or mushaf, then recite from memory.
- Revise the previous surahs every day.
- Recite to a teacher before marking a surah as memorized.
